SceneBuilder UI is freezed if there is mistake in css file.

      Add some stylesheet in scenebuilder. Apply some class for root Anchor Pane.
      In external application add 2 CSS rules. Save.
      Remove ";" between css rules. Save. SB UI will be freezed.
