No error dialog shows upon Exception in start method of Application in web start mode, which prevents application exit

      Description

        To reproduce this, run ExceptionStart.jnlp from artifacts/deployed/AppLifeCycle

        Note that if the preloader stage is shown, the app will exit very quickly (again with no dialog). This is RT-17593. If you then run it again without clearing the browser cache the app will stay alive with no error dialog.
