Custom color picker dialog title with ellipsis

Why do we have "..." in the Color picker dialog name? It seems odd. It very normal in menu items and button names that will popup a dialog but not in the dialog names.

yeah, looks like a bug. The ellipsis should definitely not be in the dialog name.
