[Tooltip] appears and disappears in 1 second

      I have tests about JFX compatibility. There is a test, that checks tooltip behavior. I checked, that is in not actual for windows and actual for mac.

      Take any control with tooltip and make tooltip to appear. In all applications on mac tooltip disappears in 1 second after appearing.
