2 decimal digits in percentage provided by ContentPanel don't correspond to 3 decimal digits in decimal provided by Inspector panel.
Moreover, there are some, maybe platform, issue with setting value from InspectorPanel: if user try to edit value in 3rd decimal digit trying to sequentially set all possible values from x.yz0 to z.yz9 some values will be rejected
