[MenuBar] when menu item is removed, menu is automaticaticaly opened on the next hover

      Run the attached project.

      Click to add an item.
      Open menu and click on that item to remove it.
      Menu will be closed.
      Move mouse over the menu bar and menu will opened automaticly (without click). <-- a bug.
