Scrollbars work strangely on netflix.com website on Windows.
To reproduce:
1. Load netflix.com.
2. Scroll window to the right.
2. Resize window to make it bigger.
3. Try to scroll window vertically (using scrollbar or mouse wheel). Part of screen which was initially visible will scroll, while the other part of the window will not.
