Based on an email from Igor Nekrestyanov people in the forums often do not get the MakeAll command right, e.g. do not keep source in src dir and then it fails without proper notification.

How about something along these lines:
   a) if src list if empty print message that "No java sources are found in the src/ folder."
   b) print extended help usage on this command explaining about assumptions src and dist folders
   c) add -v option and print out javac output if -v is present?
