Remove PSEUDO_CLASS_OVERRIDE from Node

      We added PSEUDO_CLASS_OVERRIDE to Node so that we could force the pseudo class state of a Node. This is so we can create static tests for controls to see them in mouse over and pressed states etc. This is no longer needed now that we have public API for setting the pseudo class state of a node.
