Build failure in rt/deploy on Windows with VS2010 Express

      javafxpackager.rc includes the "afxres.h" header, which is not shipped with Visual Studio 2010 Express. It's a real pain for community.

      The fix is easy: replace "afxres.h" with <windows.h>
