Steps to reproduce:
1) launch the following application
http://jfx.sfbay.sun.com/hudson/job/presidio-deploy-scrum/label=windows-i586-14/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/artifacts/deployed/SignedPreloader/SignedPreloader.jnlp
2) click "Run" on security warning dialog, if app can not be launched, bug is reproduced.
Though the app can not be launched, but there is a javaw process still running. The stack trace of the process will be attached.
