The current JavaFX trusted signed security dialog no longer matches the messaging, layout and function of the updated Java core trusted signed security dialog. They should be consistent.
A UX spec is in the process of being created and the bug will be updated when it is available.
With jre7u40b31 (FX 2.2.40 b31 ) dialogs are not consistent (see attachment):
- label "Location" (Java core dialog) vs "From" (JavaFX dialog)
- labels Name, Publisher and Location are bold for Java core dialog
labels Name, Publisher and From are NOT bold for JavaFX dialog
- location of buttons Run and Cancel on JavaFx dialog is strange
