Mac: Native menus don't show the correct symbol for some Unicode chars.

      The display of some (mainly unicode) chars is incorrect in native menus on mac.

      See the attached screen-shots.
      MenuCodes_Native.png and MenuCodes_FX.png both use the same
      codes, but many symbols (e.g arrow and the Euro) are displayed incorrectly.
