See attachments. bug.png shows how it works, right.png - how it should work. In ImagePatternTilingApp set path to square.png in line 50. Run application, uncheck Proportional checkbox and set value of slider to 100. It works fine when applying translations, only fails with constructors with parameters for center coordinates.
