Steps to reproduce:
1. Repeat Actions > Delete Series to delete all series
2. Repeat Actions > Add Data Item to add two data items (yellow)
3. Click Actions > Add Series to add one series (green).
4. Click Actions > Delete Series. If green series is being removed then you can observe stall columns in the animation. See the screenshot
