Summary says it all.
In Library select row HTML Editor, press Enter ==> it is added to the Content panel.
Still in Library, click say Button row ==> you don't see it is selected but if you press Enter a Button is well added to the Content panel.
The HTML Editor row within Library will keep its light blue background forever ...
