Region doesn't play nice with mouse bounds picking in certain circumstances

      It seems that the Region code changes recently caused a regression where mouse picking is no longer accurate. However, I have not been able to simplify the test case, so I will instead attach my cell spanning test application for you to use. Simply run the samples.CellSpanTableViewSample class, and follow the instructions as per my earlier email.
