Fix NGCanvas to use NGSpan/TextLayout

I want to replace the current NGText with NGSpan, and PGText with PGSpan. Then delete NGSpan, NGSpan, PGTextHelper, NGTextHelper.

But first we need to change the current users (canvas and webview) of the old design to use the new one.
