The DT-enable FX applet can not be loaded (with the logo spinning for a long time and no feedback message) on the system where FX runtime installed

*** Tested Connfigurations:
- x86 XP(sp3), x86 win 7
- fx runtime: presidio-deploy-scrum (build 257 - latest build at the time of this filing)
- jre: 7-fcs and 6u26
- FF 4,x, Chrome 13.x

*** Steps to reproduce:

0) Install jre7-fcs (or 6u26)
1) Install fx runtime - b257 / presidio-deploy-scrum

2) FX applets, samples should work fine
3) Remove jre 7
4) Using Firefox or Chrome to invoke dt-enable fx applet

If you see the logo spinning for a long time/ no feedback message, then the issue is reproducible.

DT should be able to detect that no jre and prompt to install or at least display some kind of useful message
