Ensemble -- "Interned Access Needed" window's Browse button allows to open several "Choose File" dialog

      graphics-scrum #2840 (between b44 and b45)

      - run Ensemble in environment without direct internet connection
      - wait "Interned Access Needed" dialog
      - click "Locate Docs Locally"
      - click Browse
      - "JavaFX 2.0 Javadoc location" dialog will appear
      Issues
      1. you can click Browse again, and again, and again...
      2. you can close Ensemble, but the process wouldn't stop and filechooser dialog will be kept
