MenuBar : F10 selection can get out of sync if menus are selected via a mouse hover

      Currently pressing F10 (or ctrl-f10 on mac) toggles selection of the first menu in a menubar.

      This toggle can get out-of-sync when menus are selected via the mouse.
       
      The toggle needs to be reset if a different menu is selected, or if menu 0 is selected via the mouse.
