JavaFX Scene Builder1.1 b16 still do not support Chinese path

    • 32 bit zh_cn xp, netbeans7.2.1, JavaFX Scene Builder1.1 b16

      so far, JavaFX Scene Builder1.1 b16 still do not support Chinese path. it will alert "Loading of the file has failed ,make sure it is a valid FXML file"

      repeat steps:
      1 place a xxx.fxml in a path that contain some Chinese characters. example: c:\测试\test.fxml
      2 double click the xxx.fxml file,then it will alert the error message.
