[Linux, Modality] Z-order issue 3.

      Run attached application.

      Click "hierarchical order"

      Click "init".

      in stage0 click "appapp" button, which creates two child-stages, each of them of APPLICATION_MODEL type.

      In windows stage2 is on top of z-order hierarchy.
      In linux I can switch top-stage between stage1 and stage2 using mouse.
