Occasionally I get a NullPointerException in ProgressIndicatorSkin
I am afraid I cannot constantly reproduce it. Its visibilityProperty is bound and it is set to true/false, when a thread is scheduled or succeeded/failed/canceled.
I think it occurs, when the visibility is switched.
maxWidth is set to Double.MAX_VALUE.
