Per a request from PM, we are instructed to use the JDK 7 license for our API documentation. To do this, we need to replace the existing contents of the docs/api/license.html file (which ends up getting copied to http://download.oracle.com/javafx/2.0/api/license.html) with a redirect to: http://download.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/legal/cpyr.html

I will attach the update html file which will do the redirect.
