SWPipeline, RTL orientation, Menu and ColorPalate got blank.

      fx8.0 b65.

      fx8.0 b65, in SWPipeline mode, when set orientation of scene to RTL, some UI Controls got blank, including Menu and color palate of ColorChooser.
      This doesn't happen in j2d and d3d pipeline. And was not reproducible in b64 sw pipeline.
