[ScrollBar] bar rendering issue for sw.

Look at the attached movie.

There is the same application is sw and d3d.

SW: you can see some strange additional artifacts on the left and right ends of the bar. (they could appear and disappear. specificaly: when of them disappears, the other one - appears). Possibly, real to int rounding trouble.

D3D: looks much better.
