property canBuild set to false doesn't stop the build

      Even if canBuild property was set to false build continued. If you're on linux try to run: gradle sdk -PCOMPILE_TARGETS=win
      If you build android and don't specify ANDROID_SDK property canBuild is correctly set to false but despite of this build continues and fails with missing required property.
