Misleading dialog missing msvcr71.dll

      Java 1.6.0_30
      JavaFX 2.1 b10

      When launching samples as jnlp there is a system warning of missing msvcr71.dll but the sample still runs.

      To reproduce:
      Make sure msvcr71.dll is not present on the system
      Install JavaFX 2.1
      Open one of the ga-samples as webstart the message is displayed but the sample runs fine.
