[Mac] System menu MenuBar is leaked when replacing the stage content

      Test case attached. Click on the button to replace the Stage content. The System menu is kept, and a new menu is added to the scene graph. The system menu should have been replaced with the new menu.
      This makes stage instance not reusable.
