Changing Button font size creates unexpected resizing of Control

      Test case attached.
      - Click on Button 1, Button 2 font will be set.
      - Then, in a loop, mouse the mouse pointer over the Button 2 then outside it.
      The Button 2 is constantly resized.
      This is very visible in the SceneBuilder context.
