ScrollPane changes binded value

To reproduce:
1. Click "Bind horizontal max and value"
You will see the label showing 200.0 under the button
2. Click left arrow of the horizontal slider
Result: Label will show 1.0
Expected: Label should show 199.xxx

It worked as expected in b105
