I was running WebView as the embedded Web Browser inside of NetBeans Platform.
While panning and zooming in Google Maps the responsiveness decreased dramatically (I've seen quite a few URL-Fetcher-Threads at this time (I was debugging the application at the time)) and finally the VM just crashed.
I've attached
1) the Diagnostics report of that crash and
2) the messages.log from that platform application.
