Run attached application.

Click "hierarchical order".

Click "init".

Click "app" in stage0, which create APPLICTION_MODAL child window.

Now, uncheck checkBox "create new with this as parent" in stage1 and in stage1 click button "none". Which create non-child window of none modality type.

In windowsOS I see, that none-window (stage2) is created over all the previous windows. In linux it is created under stage1.
