Investigate incosistencies between Timeline and Transition

There are several incosistencies in jump between those 2 classes:
- Transition does sync, Timeline don't
- Timeline does "accept" jump when Stopped, but Transition don't

Needs to be evaluated with regards to:
-playFrom
-stop
