Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached app
2. Drag slider to the position between ticks with sharp movement.
3. Thumb gets stalled at the position it was dropped while the actual value is changed to the nearest tick (see the output for its value or resize window to see its current location)
4. Once it gets stalled it is not rendered even when its position changed using keyboard arrows.
