To reproduce press SHIFT and click with left mouse button on the root row. You will see in the output two values: first correct and then -1 which is incorrect.

There is another issue: click on the root row, push SHIFT + DOWN and then SHIFT + UP. Focused index will be 1 but is expected to be 0.
