setPixels in PixelWriter does not seem to take transparency into account

      Java 7u7 on OS X 10.8.2

      When composing images using WritableImage and PixelWriter, transparency seems lost.
      I have attached a NetBeans project to demonstrate this.
      In the resulting image, the cloud should not have a white background, the image below should show through.

      Analagous code in Swing using a BufferedImage worked fine.
