I have observed the Hierarchy not being refreshed. I was selecting the SplitPane in the hierarchy and, although the selection was properly updated, the Hierarchy TreeView was not refreshed.

The workaround has been to resize the hierarchy and all went back OK. This remind the issue we had observed with the Inspector.

Occurs very rarely for hierarchy, 100% of the time in the Library.
