Cursor.OPEN_HAND / CLOSED_HAND do not work on Windows

      Hi,

      I want to use Cursor.OPEN_HAND and CLOSED_HAND, but instead of a open or closed hand, always the normal hand (pointer) is displayed.

      I am on Windows 7.
