Steps to reproduce:
- modify the HelloChoiceBox in such way so the pop-up shows scroll arrows
- move mouse cursor over the bottom scroll arrow to start scrolling
- move mouse cursor away from the bottom scroll arrow
-> bottom scroll arrow overlaps items in the list
-> there is too much "white" space around the upper scroll button
