Seek While Scroll issue

      The problem appears to be quite prevalent on Windows.Mac is better but not satisfactory.

      Whenever a seek is done using a slider on the playing video, corresponding video is not updated.
      Seek is quite shaggy.While sliding the slider, in-between frames which should be visible in a fast playback
      way do not appear as they should.Its quite unsmooth type.
