Dropped file on mac is URL escaped

      When I drag and drop a file with a space in the name onto FX application. The File object that I get from the Dragboard has a URL escaped path like [/Users/jpotts/Dropbox/Duke%20MGA/cone.obj] which is then not a valid file.
