Need to update MetadataParser unit tests

      The following to 2 tests needs to be updated. I'm not sure if you want just increase the "metadataNum" by 1 in the tests.xml or if you want to check if the "raw metadata" key/value is there and valid.

      - com.sun.media.jfxmedia.metadata.MetadataParserTestFLV
      - com.sun.media.jfxmedia.metadata.MetadataParserTestMP3
