Can not use backspace / delete keys to remove an empty line

      See attached screenshot. This issue occurs on both TinyMCE and HelloHTMLEditor.

      If I place the mouse caret at the start of 'line3' and press backspace, I expect the newline between 'line2' and 'line3' to be deleted. Instead, nothing happens.
