Deadlock when running app with signed preloader with javaws

      If you run an app that has a signed preloader as a Java Webstart app with javaws you will get a deadlock. This happens whether or not the app itself is signed. The same app runs fine as an applet.

      The stack trace from artifacts/deployed/SignedAppAndPreloader is attached.
