ProxyTest doesn't show up when runs as jnlp application

      ProxyTest doesn't show up when runs as jnlp application although the process has been created.
      And no exception in log.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install jre6u27
      2. Install b40
      3. Run javafx\fxfeaturesTest\fxfeaturesTest\html\ProxyTest.jnlp
      4. If the application doesn't show up, the bug is reproducible
