When playing speed/rate of a paused video is changed on Mac it starts playing which it shouldn't. Also on Mac playback speed automatically reset itself to 1x when video file is played again as an effect of cycle count more than one.Playing video with setRate(4.0) also doesn't have any effect on play speed.
