The documentation for onGetSplash() fails to mention that the 'HTML snippet' must have width and height attributes.

I think we should say something in the end along the lines of
   "Note that it is developer responsibility to ensure custom splash is sized to the applet area. Splash overlay will not enforce any specific size."
