Mac: [FileChooser] cannot specify title of the dialog

    Description

      Run the application,

      Type title in "Title : " text field.

      Click on any open dialog. And Title is "Open", not a specified one.

      Affected tests:
      javafx/scene/control/test/manual/FXFileChooserDialogManual.java
